    * Buys e-commerce company Billig VVS ApS 
    * Transaction is based on enterprise value of 240 million Danish crowns ($36.26 million) 
    * About 40 million crowns of purchase price will depend on Billig VVS Aps result for 2015 
    * Upgrades outlook for profit before tax for 2015 to about 115 million crowns from previous
